About Us
Our Firm was established in 2005 in Istanbul. We have extensive legal experience acquired over many years, yet we remain innovative and enthusiastic about our work.
We offer advice and represent national and multinational corporations and international organizations; provide legal assistance to international and national institutions in various areas such as resolution of commercial disputes and preparation and negotiation of agreements. We also provide specialist legal advice to private clients, and represent domestic or foreign individuals in wide ranging areas of law.
Alongside our services of attending hearings at the local courts of First Instance, High Courts, the Court of Appeals and the Council of State; we also follow cases at the European Court of Human Rights. In addition, we provide legal consultancy on Turkish Law for the courts and the tribunals in the UK.
Our efficient working methods enable us to deliver our effective and result-focused legal advice and solutions promptly to our clients.
We aim to provide a reliable, accurate and result oriented service to our clients in line with international standards. Our main principles have always been honesty and trustworthiness.

Our Team
Ayse Yazici Yildiz, Partner
Education
- She had graduated from Marmara University Law Faculty in 1998 and was called to the Bar of Istanbul in 1999.
- In 2002, she completed legal certificate programs at Birkbeck College, University of London, and during her time in UK she worked at courts and law offices as an interpreter.
- She is registered as an official interpreter and is qualified as a public notary. She attended various national and international seminars and workshops abroad and in the country.
Experiences and Work Areas
- Upon her return from UK, she worked for reputable international law firms and gained a wide range of experiences representing international and national companies in comprehensive commercial litigation, setting up businesses and providing legal advice on contracts in various areas of law.
- She mainly focuses on commercial law, (drafting and negotiation, breach and termination of contracts), setting up business and tort law. She also deals with legal issues related to foreigners such as work and residence permits as well as property law, labour law, rent law, family law and some criminal cases.
- She provides legal advice to Turkish and foreign citizens, legal entities as well as diplomatic missions and international organisations.
- She is fluent in English.
Mukrime Avci, Partner
Education
- She graduated from Istanbul University Law Faculty in 1996.
Experiences and Work Areas
- She was qualified as lawyer in 1997. Since then she has been practising as a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
- She specializes in commercial law, property law, family law, rent law, criminal law, and human rights law.
- She provides comprehensive legal advice on commercial law, tort law and corporate law issues to the companies active in various sectors such as building construction, duty services, road construction, audio and music technologies.
- She undertakes litigation under international human rights instruments in domestic fora and before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
- She has represented high profile immigration cases before the British Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.
- She speaks English.
Gozdenur Kilic, Lawyer
Education
- She had graduated from Istanbul University Law Faculty in 2015 and was called to the Bar of Istanbul in 2017.
- During her education period, she has been part of international Projects provided by ELSA and European Union.
She has joined our law firm in 2017, after completed her legal intern period with great experience in various areas of law.
Experiences and Work Areas
- She is experienced in Commercial Law, Real – Estate Law, Compensation Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labour Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law.
- She provides legal advice to both clients in International and Domestic persons and entities.

Dr. Derya Bayir, Lawyer
Education
- She graduated from Istanbul University Law Faculty in 1996.
- She holds an European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation, European Inter-University Centre /Italy and Nottingham University/ the UK.
- She also holds a PhD degree in law from Queen Mary, University of London.
Experiences and Work Areas
- She is qualified as a lawyer in 1997.
- She regularly acts as a Turkish Law expert before British Courts and Tribunals.
- She is as a listed country expert in ILPA directory.
- She has also acted as a representative in immigration cases before the British Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.
- She specializes in property law, family law, criminal law, administrative law, immigration and nationality law and human rights law, and has been undertaking litigation under international human rights instruments in domestic fora and before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
- She is fluent in English.

Secretary and Office Management
She has graduated from Divrigi High School. She assists our team in secretary services and office management.
